It's a new era for Mythic Yoga and Storytime Yoga! It's reborn as Story and Soul™ Coaching and Travel. I am living proof that soul-centered activities, such as oral storytelling, myth making, yoga, writing and journaling, dreamwork, ritual and art combined with the transformational power of travel have helped me not just survive, but thrive after a lifetime of trauma. Now as I embrace the later half of life, I'm excited to work with others again with Story and Soul™ Coaching and Travel.
For the past year, I have been enrolled in a Soul-Centered Coaching program that is based on Transpersonal Psychology methods for personal transformation and holistic healing with The Institute for Soul-Centered Psychology, supervised by Dr. Bonnie Bright.
I am at the external client practicum stage and am offering for a limited time pro bono coaching sessions. A soul-centered coach helps you delve into the depths of your psyche, uncovering and addressing the root causes of emotional and psychological challenges, leading to profound personal growth. Using the tools of dreamwork, somatics, ritual, mythology and personal storytelling, and much more, get to Know Thy Self and transform your life for health, healing and happiness.
This heralds in a rebirth of my self and past work as the founder of Storytime Yoga® and The Mythic Yoga Studio, work that as an autodidact I intuited, but that now is informed on an even deeper level with scholarly work and certification.
Each session is conducted online via Zoom and lasts between 50 and 75 minutes each. I am offering four free sessions. Clients worldwide are welcome, but need to be fluent in English at an advanced level for the coaching and to read sign the consent form. As I'm adept at working with ESL clients, please feel free to join. I will be in Japan again this fall for two months offering experiences as well as coaching times for the Asia/Australia time zones.
